GENERAL TERMS

  1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

Bloom Valley: Division of : soc.agr. I mulini di Mulazzana S.r.l. , P.I. 02970720187
Customer: any natural or legal person with whom a contract has been concluded.
Products/Services: all items and services offered by Bloom Valley, including Energy Improvement System sessions.

  1. Applicability

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, orders and purchases of Products and Services between Bloom Valley and the Customer.
The General Terms and Conditions can be found on Bloom Valley’s official website at www.bloomvalley.com.

The Customer, by placing an order, declares that he/she has read, understood and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions.

Bloom Valley reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the aforementioned website. Orders placed after the publication of changes imply acceptance of the new conditions.

Any waiver of these Terms and Conditions, whether granted by Bloom Valley expressly or impliedly, shall not constitute a waiver of the right to require strict adherence to them in the future.

  1. Offers and prices

Any offer or proposal made by Bloom Valley has a limited period of validity and is subject to specific conditions, which will be explicitly stated.
Bloom Valley’s offer or any other proposal contains sufficient information to enable the Customer to understand the rights and obligations associated with its acceptance.
Unless otherwise stated, prices of Products/Services communicated and/or published by Bloom Valley are always in euros and include VAT. The reservation of a Service will be invoiced at the prices and conditions in effect at the time the order/reservation is accepted.
Bloom Valley is not responsible for any pricing errors due to typographical or technical errors. In such cases, the Customer may not make any claim based on an incorrect price.
Bloom Valley reserves the right to change the prices of Products and Services at any time.
The Customer may not claim a discount for cash payment.


  1. Payment

The Customer is obligated to pay for all orders placed, regardless of whether they were executed directly or on its behalf by third parties.

Payment for the Products and/or Services purchased by the Client from Bloom Valley must be made in the following manner: at the time of online booking, the Client may opt for immediate payment via electronic platform or payment on site. In either case, the total amount due must be paid no later than the start date of the appointment. On-site payment can be made in cash, while prepayment can be made through various electronic payment options provided by Bloom Valley. If the Client is unable to make payment upon arrival for the booked session, access to the service may be denied.

Invoices, if requested, must be paid, by the date of the booked activity 

  1. Cancellation and change of reservation

In case of cancellation of the reservation, either by the Client or by Bloom Valley, with at least 24 hours notice prior to the session start time, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount already paid. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the parties within 15 days.

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours prior to the start of the session, the Client will be entitled to a refund equal to 50% of the amount paid. Again, the refund will be made through the same provider as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. If payment has not yet been made, the Client will still be required to pay 50% of the amount due for the reservation.

In the event that Bloom Valley proceeds with the cancellation of the reservation for any reason, the Client will be entitled to a full refund of the amount already paid or, alternatively, may opt to reschedule the session free of charge. No compensation will be awarded for any incidental costs incurred by the Client (such as travel or lodging expenses) as a result of the cancellation.

The Client has the right to change the reservation (date, time, number of participants) at no additional cost, as long as the request is submitted at least 24 hours before the start of the session. The change will be considered effective only upon receipt of written confirmation from Bloom Valley. Changes are subject to availability and can be made online.

For change requests submitted within 24 hours prior to the start of the session, the Client must contact Bloom Valley by phone at the number listed on the website www.bloomvalley.com/contact. In this case, an administrative fee of EUR 20 will be charged. Changes will only be accepted based on the availability of the service.

  1. Validity and use of packages

Purchased packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used simultaneously by up to five (5) people. The purchase of a package is final and non-refundable.

  1. Arrangements during the visit

Bloom Valley operates within a set schedule. If the Client is late to the agreed time, the session may still be enjoyed, but will not be extended beyond the agreed time. No reimbursement, even partial, will be given for the reduction of the session time due to the delay.  

Use of the reclining chairs provided by Bloom Valley is mandatory during the session. Blankets and pillows are also available.

Food consumption is not permitted within the dedicated session space, but a snack may be consumed in the specially designated reception area. 

Drinking water is available free of charge.

The use of electronic devices (smartphones, tablets) is not allowed. It is recommended to store such devices in your bag or leave them outside the hall. If you wish to take them with you, they should be set to airplane mode.
Participants are asked to keep as quiet as possible during the session, avoiding conversations or whispers that may disturb other guests.
The EESystem is a specially calibrated installation and must not be touched under any circumstances. Failure to do so may result in immediate exclusion from the session.
Bloom Valley is accessible to standard wheelchairs. To ensure adequate assistance, guests are encouraged to indicate their need for wheelchair access when booking by emailing info@bloomvalley.it.
Parking is available in a dedicated area. In case of running out of spaces, parking is available along the street.

  1. Responsibility

Bloom Valley does not provide medical advice, does not make diagnoses, and the sessions offered do not constitute medical treatment. For any health issues, the Client is encouraged to consult their physician or a medical professional.
Bloom Valley shall not be liable for damages to persons, property (including Products) , animals, or services resulting from the use of its Products/Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or fraud.

  1. Privacy

Personal information collected by Bloom Valley will be used only for the purposes clearly described in the software or to contact you in order to provide the best possible service. We do not disclose or sell this information to third parties.   The Client has the right to access, modify or delete his or her data.
Your data will be stored only in digital format.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This contract between Bloom Valley and the Customer is governed exclusively by Italian law. For any dispute the place of jurisdiction shall be Milan.
